Extremely extremely disappointed with the service, and then communication of this place. The job warranty I was given stated a refund will not be given without 2 attempts to fix the problem. Well 3 attempts to fix it with no success, and now their communication about a refund has be very little. Do not spend your money here, they do not know how to replace a screen correctly!!!

They were awesome with customer service. She was very kind and helpful towards the things I needed to be done with my phone. My phone works with no problems. I would recommend you to come to this place 100%

Super happy with the service I received from the Coastlands Fast Fix store today. The staff member was great to deal with. They didn't hesitate to help me with a screen protector that had been installed incorrectly by a competitor store. I would highly recommend the speed, quality & customer service at this store over & above similar stores in Coastlands. I will be back to this store if I need any cellphone accessories in future.

I will NEVER use this company again. I bought a $20 phone case for my Samsung A53 from them in March and the coating started peeling off within two weeks. I took it back after five weeks but the manager said she would not give me a refund or a store credit and I had to email the business owner with my concern. I did not have the original receipt but I had proof of purchase on my credit card statement, which is all that is required for them to honour their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Five emails to the owner, Surya Lonappam, and over a week later, and they are refusing to budge. This is incredibly poor customer service and a complete rip-off. Deal with this company at your own risk.UPDATE: They have now told me I can go back to the store for a credit/refund. What a ridiculous rigmarole to have to go through over a $20 phone case. I hate to think how they would handle any return/refund situations of greater value. Buyer beware, that's all.

Fantastic service !I broke the glass of my phone on a Saturday and they fixed it in less than one hour the same day. Very quick !
