James went above and beyond what I expected when repairing multiple issues with our Gree ducted heatpump/AC unit. After a previous technician's failure to diagnose the problem, James identified the first issue within a few minutes and was extremely helpful in fixing that and solving a second problem found later. He was a pleasure to deal with; friendly, fast, clearly very experienced with a lot of expert knowledge - at the top of his game. Very highly recommended!

James was fantastic at fixing a dodgy install of our A/C system. After months of back and forth with the original installer and at least 4 fixes" to no avail

James was amazing to deal with. The HVAC system installation was completed to a very high spec. We are impressed with James' attention to detail. He took time to come back and walk us through the system after we moved into our new home. We do not hesitate recommending others to use this company.

I was initially a bit skeptical about getting a Gree heat pump installed but it has performed better than our old Daikin and the Gree app is better. James was great, from my first email to him to install was a couple of weeks. I'd definitely use him again.
