The Laundromat is inside of the BP, the BP staff are polite and helpful. It is cheap, and not over crowded and open late. They do currently have small machines but last night I went into and saw a poster saying new bigger machines are coming soon.

Ilam Laundromat (Self Service)
Went to use the machines but they were small and dirty. The cost of $5 per load was rediculous considering the size of the machine, and they won't let you wash blankets. Not even small single bed varieties or sleeping bags. But the worst part is how dirty the machines were, as well as the whole area. Not quite sure how a business like this is still allowed to proceed when the conditions are so poor. Disgusted.

The time display on the washers isn't exact. It said 36 minutes but it ended up being about 50 for the wash, so that was kind of a good deal. The dryer was really good, got all the clothes dry. I did 50 minutes since it was a large load, it had no trouble.Went across the street for a pie, took a walk, came back to clean clothes. A bit spendy at $20 for the bigger washer and 50 mins of the dryer, but the washers and dryer were clean and did a good job.

You have to buy a card from a dairy up the road to make it work and it seemed complicated to me. No staff to help and prices expensive. I won't be going again

Ilam Laundromat (Self Service)
Been here a few times , it is a popular place and does get busy. It does cost $10 plus and only takes eftpos only. It is reasonably clean and I would definitely recommend it, music is good and there is seating inside as you wait. I would also recommend you check and clear out any lint at the bottom of the dryers. Cameras are operating aswell for abit of peace of mind

The washers Are small and there are only 3 of them so if there is one more person and uses 2 you got to wait. Replace one dryers with washer pls. Also .The washers are very basic,the washing formula does not get rinsed properly and there is no way to add fabric softener

The laundromat is great..the only downside is if you waiting on a machine and the people take of and don't come back for hours..you have to wait for hours as you can't remove there stuff to put your in.. otherwise great

Great equipment, very timely and good value but bring something to sit on like a jacket or something as metal bench uncomfortable.
