Hi guys, Anybody advise me is it usual thing or how can he get a refund? .We're living in beachwood apartments and this is happened with one of my flatmates.we have 2 parking for each apratments and got 3 cars. Usually people parking the third one across as mutual understanding with other flatmates. Today in the morning one of our flatmate who left for work n suddenly noticed his car is wheel clamped by cougar security. He ring them and they demanded $100 for release. He beg them that give it as a first warning. The officer won't hear him and says need pay $100 for releasing. Then the other guy explained the worst situation he going through and no money at the moment and asked for some time until his next pay. The officer was so rude and behave without humanity. Then he borrowed money from other flatmates and paid. So what my question is if somebody clamped our car do we need to pay immediately.? Or can't get any time for that!? Who gonna keep $100 always in pocket? Or is there any chance to get a refund? If so, to whom contact with.? You can share your thoughts or similar experiences..
