Snobby lady at the counter. Don't recommend

Been here to post a couple of times including Trade Me items (domestic parcels) and international packages and the ladies there have always been super friendly and helpful. I always get 5 star ratings for my Trade Me parcels being delivered super quick as well! And one time I had an issue with an international shipment, they tried their best to help me resolve it and even asked me to leave my contact number so they could follow it up on my behalf. Was not expecting such above-and-beyond service from NZ post! The only thing is it’s a bit hard to find free parking as they’re located right in the middle of the city but there’s some cheap parking close by (I paid $2.60 one time and only walk a few mins).

Very bad service. Unreliable service to get parcel on time. Have a parcel for overnight delivery with signature. Parcel arrived the following day but courier guy did not audibly knock and just left the card quickly and hastily. I was home the whole day and awake at the time he came, as indicated on card left, but did not notice anyone arriving in driveway nor hear anyone knocking. The next day and succeeding days after, i tried attempting for a redelivery and the website just says “latest information isn’t available” so I cannot attempt to redeliver my parcel. I couldn’t get to the store to pickup as needed as I have no car and just relocated to Christchurch. The free toll number doesn’t offer any help as only automated voice answers and hungs up after instructing to pickup the parcel personally or get into their website (which firstly did not offer any help that’s why i called). NZ Post Christchurch service is very unreliable and doesn’t offer responsibility in delivering parcels to paying customers right on time. NZ Post Auckland at least in my area is way different and far much better in customer service and deliveries as they call your personal mobile when delivering important parcels. Massive opportunity for improvement.

Had two parcels delivered by same guy from nz post and both times he's just thrown them on front steps, and damaged both items

Absolutely hopeless post shop. Waste of time.

$59 to ‘fast’ courier some paperwork to Europe, they said it will take 2-4 weeks what a joke that’s slower than a one legged sheep
