Horrible, Disgusting car dealer. Would give zero stars if I could.Gave us a courtesy car after the first car we were purchasing had multiple issues.The courtesy car started giving a red alert as well as smoke from within and we messaged him about it. He told us it’s ‘complete fine’.We filled oil and water in the car spending that ourselves and still had to use the car because we can’t miss work.Within 4 minutes of driving it, the engine released dark smoke into the car and we had to pull over multiple times just to breathe and let the car cool down so we can drive slow on the side. We called him to let him know as well.This was seen by a camera that caught the car parked in a special vehicle lane and we told him he HAS TO DISPUTE THIS HIMSELF as we are not responsible for that disgusting vehicle he gave us and could not sit in it for more than four minutes of driving.All he had to do was tell the authorities that the car was faulty and the charges would be taken away, INSTEAD he threatened to call lawyers if we didn’t pay when we had simply asked him to easily dispute this fine.Giving us such horrible service and a dodgy sale with hidden prices in it, a completely messed up vehicle and a rotten courtesy car just goes to show how foul this place is.Will never purchase from here and have advised everyone we know not to either.

If I could do 0 stars I would cause that's what this company deserves is a 0 star rating right let me get to the point , for 4-5 weeks they avoided me because the truck I got from them had a few issues I then messaged them on their page , don't get me wrong Vicky is such a good humble guy but the other one i can't deal with. So I messaged them videos and photos of all the problems I had with the vehicle just for their company to block me on fb I then called the number on the website when they picked up the phone they started yelling at me telling me I need to calm down when I wasn't even yelling or anything I wanted proof of the wof papers that they couldn't even provide this is the most dodgy place I have ever dealt with out of all car dealers I've been with I do not recommend them to anyone AVOID THEM and I hope Vicky finds him a job that's not making him look silly cause he's the best person in that car yard and they don't deserve to have him working for them.

Big ups to the team at Jets Cars especially to Vicky who I dealt with from the beginning till the day he hand over the keys to my car :) so easy going and such a bubbly character to work with. He helped me from the get go on doing my car as I had needed it asap due to work. They gave me also a courtesy car which my husband and I were so grateful for because it was in very much good conditions !!All the help and advise we needed we got from Vicky, from keeping us updated as I constantly annoyed him about my application.And even with the hard situation of my overseas (australian) drivers license they manage to get the approval from the finance as I wait to convert my Australian license to a NZ drivers restricted license.We are grateful for your service and being the best help for us during these times !! Would definitely recommend your service to others who are needing help to get a car :)

Cant even select less than one star. Because even one star feels like a lot for this scammer. Feel like the other 5star" ones are probably bots lol read them and ull see they are bots and fake reviews...... Gave us a courtesy car because he said he was "getting ours ready" And then icing on the cake the car he gave was a crapper too. Broke down and had to stop on motorway cus it was steaming and smoking. Got to him and he blamed us for it. Yea sure buddy like im gonna take it to hamptons race track for a track day and bring it back to him all smoky. Go to a reputable dealer not this joke of a place..... WOULD NOT reccomend."
