Ferry Auto Court

This was the least friendly most insulting and abusive customer care I have ever experienced.Let me explain. So a few days ago I had a friendly conversation with a lady I'm going to call K". Although she soon began to treat me as if I was of a lower intelect it did not bother me. The car I wanted to buy was a Holden S/Wagon. I was declined by their finance team simply because I was told by the bank that I wasn't meeting the criteria. I was also requesting more from the bank than was needed. But K did not know that and declined me because I was declined by the bank. The other option was to have someone else finance it and pay them...So today me and my partner went ourselves in person to try again. We both have the affordability alone and combined. But I went to greet her with a smile and a polite hello. When she learnt what my name was. She instantly started insulting me and calling me "crazy" and that "I have mental health issues". I guess that's what happens when you tell people over the phone what your medical situation is. She also critisized my dreams of being a politician. Among many other things.May I also mention she has a rotweller dog there that barks at customers she insults jumping against the office glass. I have never been so quickly abused by a stranger. Already heard from a much friendlier car sales yard that there are more stories involving bad cars and a dangerous looking rotweller. Still I liked the dog more than K's personality.So Ferry Auto Court. Have a wonderful time. I have the grounds to report you to the police and any other authorities. You insulted me. Frightened and stressed my partner and for that is the reason I had to scream and nearly have a meltdown outside your car yard.Never going to do business there ever again. I'd give them no stars if I could. People who call me retarded and stupid are actually what drives me to be more than capable of anything I want to be. So I guess I'll just thank you for that!"

Best experience that I ever had with a car sales person, she is great, not pushy at all , sincere and she will advise with a level of honesty that u won't find anywhere else. Thanks for all ur help.
