Amazing selection. The store is in a light industrial area because this is their factory. They are making hats on site. The team was very helpful they even stretched my new hat just a little so it would fit perfect. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quality locally made hat.

I'm very pleased with the quality hats purchased at the Petone factory showroom recently. I was greeted at the door and shown around based on my requirements and then given the freedom to browse until I found exactly what I wanted. Pricing was shared at the point of sale and I could make my final decision. Ample parking available at the entrance. Highly recommended. Order online if you are not in the Wellington area. Global shipping options are available.

Small shop but a treasure chest of amazing hats on display, not only modern but previous fads and fashion.You can buy ready made or have a hat made just for you. I found the staff helpful and informative.Parking is outside the shop so take the time to visit this little gem

Hello!I went to a market day and on a stall of hats there was a nice bucket hat ...oilskin , sturdy, wool- lined, looked useful.It's a Hill's" said the young man."Never heard of it " was my reply.Needless to say...I love it.Then Saturday night we went to T-bone in Napier.wonderful music AND they were all wearing new Hill's Hats!!...great...teehee!"

Very helpful and helped me source a face mask for my partner that closes at back of the head with velcro, taking the weight off the ears. I will have to possibly take mine back for adjustment which they said was available. So what appears to be good back up service for the price paid.

Quick service and responses but they spoil some otherwise nice hats with placement of the little metal shield logo which is impossible to remove. it is rather like buying a nice sports coat or blazer and having a non removable lapel badge with the maker's name in a prominent place,that would be unacceptable.
