Tareq is an absolute life saver. He arrived promptly, always keeping me up to date with his arrival time, then did a full Data Recovery from a dead computer and a new computer setup. Amazing service! Had an issue with my gaming computer and contacted Geek Mobile. Got a call back immediately where he guided me through some basic troubleshooting to try and diagnose the issue over the phone.Through clear instructions and process of elimination he helped determine that it’s most likely a motherboard issue. Best help I could have asked for. Tariq came to the rescue so quickly. My Dell G3 had been lagging dreadfully for months, hindering my work productivity. Tariq identified the problem, took laptop away for a few hours upgraded hard drive, cleaned fan, did updates, cloned my old hard drive to new one. He also set up microbox from my work. Showed me some great tips along the way. For someone who isn't tech savvy he certainly made the upgrade-repair-setup hassle free. Thoroughly recommended. Will be my go-to IT guy always. I actually now look forward to work, rather than dreading each shift not knowing how computer will perform. Many thanks

Unprofessional, bad communication. They book the appointment but do not come to your place. And that's Evan without letting you know. They tell you they will call back in 15 mins, but they don't call.
