Johnny was amazing. Very approachable, didn't over sell and listened to what we wanted then made recommendations accordingly. He's a genuine person not a shady sales person. We will be back to deal with him. Recommend to ask for him personally.

The service in store is excellent. BUT THEIR PHONE SERVICE IS APPALLING, SO SLOW, SUCH A LONG WAIT, despite repeatedly telling you that the call is appreciated.

Went to send an item back for repairs while under warranty. Woman at help desk was not incredibly helpful and insisted issues with the product were due to my own negligence and said it was too difficult to deal with and I should just leave. Came across as passive aggressive. Other staff members I spoke to were helpful and directed me in the right direction.

I was assisted initially by Sean and then on two return visits, Braiden . Both these sales persons were very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Braiden initiated a quote for me so that I didn't miss out on the 'special price offer' as I was still undecided at that point about when best to make my purchase - he also gave me a variety of options to assist me, such as delivery, storage and installation options. I was very impressed by the staff and the store itself and will definitely add it to my 'go to' list when making any future purchases. I bought an upright cooker. The installation went without any hitches as well, the appliance technician careful around my doorways with his trolley when bringing in the cooker and removing the old one, gave me appropriate instructions as well as was prompt in arrival. Service is just as good as it was 20 years ago when I bought a sofa and bed that are still in great condition. Lovely new shop! Delivery guys James and James are great too!

Didn't know this shop had opened either so, had to be nosey once again lol. Went looking for a Meile cat and dog vacumn amd wasnt disapointed. The price was what you would expect for this brand but, I can wait for a sale lol. Was great to see The Colombo mall have such a good selection of shops

Popped in while shopping at The Colombo, we were served by Neil and he was absolutely outstanding. Super helpful, worked out fab deals for us and even offered long term storage for my Mum who is getting eqc work done. It's definitely a 10/10 from us!

Nice clean uncluttered spacious store. No pushy staff hovering behind you.We purchased, found a item missing from the box, went back next day and it was sorted with no arguments.Would happily browse and shop here again.

went in looking at wall ovens a bit confused with all the available options, spoke with Cody in appliances and talked over the options and our preferences. Found prices excellent and the service really good! would shop there again
