This was my first time trying a galette and this visit has made it onto my list of most memorable food experiences. I'm already planning return visits to work my way through the menu. The intimate dining may not be everyone's cup of tea as it means you're close to other diners but it felt appropriate for this eatery. Friendly service with about a 20 minute wait for food to arrive (we ordered at 12:45 on a Saturday). Highly recommend a visit.

Great to have this lovely French cafe when we can't travel. Authentic crepes and galettes and home-baked goods that remind me of home :). Friendly owners, great coffee and yummy food. Well recommended

Nice little café.Good front of house service.2 savory crepe plates were over cooked giving the crepes a chared flavor, sweet crepe was nicely done.Tables we sat at and floor were sticky.Street noise is pretty loud, making the atmosphere inside awkward at times.

This place started out as Hungry Eyes Cafe. It’s the best place to go in Hamilton if you are looking for crepes or gallets. I found it with a friend and we have been back multiple times, introducing more people along the way. The crepes are always a winner and there are so many ways to have them. The gallets are really good too, and it’s nice to have a savoury options. It’s hard to pick just one thing to have!

Exquisite!! I loved the taste of their dishes. The attention is excellent, very friendly and attentive.My family and I went so each one asked for something different and everything was delicious.The desserts they have in the display case are divine, I'll be back for sure.

Absolutely love this place and wish I could go more. When i first went I would order something and take one thing off, after a few more time they told me that if I get this with that it would be cheaper! very considerate and they are so friendly. Always happy to walk in and leave even happier with a full stomach. Very cheap in my opinion which is great as most cafes nearby are more pricey. A Nutella crepe with whipped cream and a can of coke is enough to fill me up. Around the café there are power points free to use and there is free WIFI. 100% would recommend this place to everyone I meet! keep it up guys, and hopefully see ya again soon.

Fantastic coffee, one this you can always be assured of is a great coffee. The owners are super friendly and make you feel like family, even our dachshund had a water bowl brought out for him. The crepes are so good, my favorite is the classic with strawberry jam. You won't be disappointed by hungry eyes.

Walked in as we would any other cafe, started looking at the menu and was asked twice by the male staff member to close the door?Thats the first strike (Boarderline rude). Second strike was the chipped plates, a big no no in my books because it harbours bacteria and is just generally unclassy. The food itself was very nice, my daughter enjoyed her sweet crepe and was priced accordingly, i had the savory crepe a little pricey in my opinion however still happy to pay. There were a lot of people getting coffee from the Waikato DHB. I noticed he didnt ask any other customers to close the door.
