worst subway i have ever had in nz. worst customer service and worst food quantity is too low.

Always love Subway and this one is located near Karori Mall.When I came this morning it was just me. The staff is friendly and she prepared the sandwich quite fast. I have the bread I love and the all the fresh salad as well as filling and sauces I want to have. Cookies, chips and drinks are available as well.The tables and seats are clean and neat, the space is also disability friendly.Happy to be back here again

Horrible. Prefabricated, reconstituted Frankenfood, sold in a soulless, sterile wasteland, bereft of character or interest. Eat this junk at your peril.

Not sure your meant to put paper in with the sandwich when its toasted... it smelt burnt as anything and the service was less than ideal. The workers looked like they would rather be dead than serving customers.A few weeks ago I bought subway from a different store and I ordered the exact same thing. The one from the other store cost 9 dollars. The one I bought from here was 11.. not quite sure what went wrong there...

Worst Customer Service.Ordered it online through app at Karori Subway. I went home assuming subway will be perfect but I found they did not put sauces, extra avocado which I paid for. So I came back to shop to get it changed. They never said sorry about it. Because of them I wasted my 20 mins.

Best subway in NZ. Staff are very polite and helpful and the restaurant is always clean. We love going there.

Would rate 0 stars if I can.Little amount of fillings compare to other subways, doesn’t do sub of the day menu, terrible customer service, never coming back here again.

I would go minus 5 stars if that’s possible.I don’t go Subway at all but my son had one sub once and he liked it so when we drove past Karori I stopped to get one for him. I ordered exactly what I did in Courtenay Place but a foot long instead of a 6 inch. Filling were exactly the same, no salad, couple pieces of chicken, cheese, ham and a hot dog. In Courtenay it costed me $10.9 but in here Karori it costed me $28! I knew I was overcharged but as I know nothing about Subway so I didn’t bother to argue or find out how it came up with this price. Paid and left.These Asian old couple’s attitude were just unbelievable. I came into the shop and there was only one customer in front and no one else. I stand there for about 5-10 mins and they just stared at me without any greetings. I saw on the LCD board saying a foot long meatball combo on special which comes with a drink and 2 cookies for about $18 which I thought it applies on other flavor too so I ordered that with Chicken Classic. I would like a hot dog in that too but at that time I didn’t know that was called hot dog so I said I want a sausage in that then the old Asian lady gave a fxxkface half yelling to me “what sausage?? We don’t have sausage here!” By the time she understood what I meant then again replied in half yelling “hot dog! That’s called hot dog!!”When I got everything including the drink and 2 cookies, she typed lots of thing in the cashier and came up with a price $35. I asked why is not the combo price on the board and she replied with a very annoying tone saying that’s only for the meatball sub and nothing else so I put the drink back and asked her nicely that I don’t want the cookies either then I didn’t expect she gave a one-of-the-worst rolled eyes I have ever seen. I was so sick with her attitude and I paid the overpriced foot long sub and walked away.The old Asian man who I believe it’s her husband also answered all my questions in a stone-cold attitude during my purchase. I really don’t know why this shop is not closed permanently and still in business. I don’t know why they are still doing this if they hate their own customers so much.I haven’t seen any shop in Wellington (probably nationwide too) with any bad attitude worse than this so far. I would throw my money into the toilet to hear a sound instead of buying anything from this fxxxface old couple again.

Really lovely people, were chatting and yarning with the people ordering. No skimping on the fillings either. Great service

Prompt service and fresh sandwiches. Good variety and infinitely customisable. Cookies are an unfortunate must I’ve been trying my usuals but toasted with different salad to change it up a bit. Recommend 2x six inch subs vs 1 footling to get some variety.
