Very happy with vehicle ( long May it continue). The new information screen declutters the dash and is very easy to use. Very comfortable and good value (apart from the 4K stolen by the labour Govt). Richard from courtesy ford feilding was extremely good. It’s going to hurt backing the Mustangs in the Supercars.

Fantastic service, email and text reminders that are succinct and not overbearing, cost effective vehicle maintenance and solid lovely sales staff.

Poor communication between reception and the mechanics was an excuse. Reception are great. Now the mechanics are extremely poor and lazy. Not completing works asked for and not even fixing the main issues. Second and last time I use this crew. Not Not recommended for anything at all. Until new mechanics are hired. Cheers Josh

Courtesy Ford are always good to deal with, I had a family member take my vehicle in for its annual wof, they said the staff were friendly and pleasant while he waitedGood follow up service with a text and link to the wof report and future work that will need doing, even a quote for them to do the work if I couldn't arrange it.

Great dealership and service all the time I go there, recently purchased a 2022 Ford Escape and very happy with the whole deal from start with showing me and my wife cars to suit going from a Ford Falcon to the Escape and allowing us to make the right choice for us. Then the deal itself everything i asked Dalin the sales manager did, right through the end with Brody showing me the new vehicle features and even Curtis with the finance.
