Papatoetoe Residential Care
Was not our 1st choice for hospital care.The 2 stars are because the caregivers and kitchen staff are lovely - the ones who looked after our dad were above and beyond.But the nurses and management staff seem too busy/grumpy/rough/careless/somewhat arrogant to deal with the little things families or patients may need, as well as timely medicinal dosages. Their bedside manner is questionable and even now, I wonder if being here contributed to our father's demise.When asked by others, I do not recommend.

Papatoetoe Residential Care
Very poor care for my dad. Shocking experience with dad being ill if I hadn't demanded for the ambulance to take him to hospital he would not be alive today. Took my dad out of there a year and a half ago. Have lots of questions about certain ones that have passed on.

Papatoetoe Residential Care
My mother in law has been living here for a few years now, and she is happy here. She is receiving excellent care, loves the food, her room is cosy and clean and appreciates the patience of the ladies that look after her.
