TLDR: Burgers? YES! Anything else? NO!Veeeeery mixed experiences here and I’ve been about 7-8 times. I’ve had things go missing. I’ve had drinks that had no flavour and simply overwhelmed with soda water. The ice creams have tasted watery. I’ve had soggy chips. 50% of the time the staff have been grouchy or robotic. But honestly I’d probably be the same if I had customers coming back and complaining about the food to me all day. Which I saw on two occasions when I went there.BUT! The burgers have always been satisfactory. And you’d hope so since they’re the king of them. All in all you’re fine to go here. Just don’t be surprised if something goes awry though. And if you’ve got a closer BK option, I’d take it over this branch. Just look at some of the other reviews and you’ll see what I mean.

Great spot and amazing service from the staff but the taste somehow is just average in comparison to the other places in town.

Good service and quick drive-thru. The tater tots are usually cold though, the fries are slightly better. It would be better if they were freshly cooked

I regularly go there. Tonight I felt like i should have gone to kfc.... as they always have bad service. The girl on drive thru (11pm). Could hardly hear her and she got the order wrong. Got to the window her mic was not in front of her mouth and she was softly spoken when using it. I think it must be her first time. I will think twice if shes on it again. Train your staff. Clear voice, use the headset properly.

Weird little BK with no restaurant. Just a window to collect orders in a small room with 2 screens for ordering. Food still the same but no face to face. Had very don't care about customer service" vibes. The staff were pleasant enough when they leaned through the window to give ypu their order but definitely not a good old fashioned BK. Drive through this one only."

Had decided to try the Salad Burger for the 1st time.. And the Peanut Butter Cup Pie.. Order number 8.. Just after 10.30am Sunday morning and not buzy inside... And I thought.. Perfect opportunity to try out my new phone to capture the beauty of my burger.. At first I know it was lop sided.. But tasted Okish.. Oh., the pie was AMAZING!!! I shared my photos to Facebook.. Only to find out from my friends.. That was not how they looked in reality for them.. I go back inside to the manager.. And showed her the photo I took compared to the advertised picture.. (has to go to Burger King website for comparison.. Apparently they can't put too much filling in the burgers otherwise it will fall out... Hmm.. Do I just order the Buns by themselves next time?? Burger King™ Air Burger©®™Update 11 October 2022 there is no more dine in option here :(

Absolutely shocking! 23 minutes in the drive through, no apologies & to top it all off the chips were stone cold and salt less & the watery drink had warmed.

Getting orders wrong. The drive through is a mess people coming in blocking cars getting out of the drive through is impossible it's a full on blockage. Been sitting in drive through for about 40 mins already and just left the speaker/ordering box. What a mess

It use to be a good place but now they made it take way only and put this rail that makes it impossible to access with a pram. You have to climb over to get into the front room where you can order food. Stupid idea! Plus they are extremely slow with the orders that are not drive through. Plus they have no rubbish bins. Plus the order screen has dine in but you actually can’t dine in.
