The second property sale just proved what an extraordinary Agent Cary is. As I have stated previously, I am in Australia and this is definitely an interesting challenge. Friendly and informativeCary's market knowledge was excellent, despite the difficulties of a covid lockdown during the process, he still got a higher price than I had initially been expecting.During the process he was also friendly and kept me up to date with all the developments, keeping the process hassle free for me despite the additional difficulties.

Very͏ happy we chose Cary in such a tough market.We met Cary some years ago when we were interested in a property he was selling. We liked his honesty, his casual style, and his lack of 'pushiness'. We didn't purchase that property but were again impressed when Cary phoned us following the auction to let us know what it had sold for. We remembered Cary when it came time to sell and asked him to do an appraisal. Although the market was on the way down, he priced it for what he considered its true value which we were happy with, and as the market dropped further, he never once advised dropping the price. In the end, we made that decision with no pressure from Cary. Although it took some time, our property did sell, and Cary was as genuinely happy as we were, which confirmed the care and interest he had taken during the entire process. Thanks Cary :)

Amazing experienceCary is one of those people that is genuine in his people approach. He took his time to understand my needs and expectations. He then discussed what he could provide and his honest thoughts (of which I also appreciated) and then when we were both in agreement (and having not felt that I had been rushed) he then brought out the paperwork. Cary all the while and throughout this very short time (as the house sold very very quickly) has kept in contact, ensured that I was informed about changes and checked that I understood what was happening and has always been very professional. Best agent aroundI have dealt with probably over 30 estate agents in the past 5 years. Quite simply, Cary is the estate agent that has been the most down to earth and honest by far. He made my property purchase an enjoyable experience - and that is not the norm! All paperwork was sent immediately on request, viewing the property at short notice was also possible, but most importantly, any questions were answered fast and no matter how ridiculous these could have sounded to him, they were always answered with kindness.
