Appointment today 26/4/23 @1 30pm for a service wheel alignment apt was @3 30pm @firestoneThere was miscommunication as they thought apt for alignment was @ 4pmMy vehicle service completed @415pm so still wouldn’t have made itThe inconvenience for a 69 yr old is not good when the distance to travel to town is 40kms 1 way I genuinely thought I could fit in the 2 apts considering the 1st one was at 1 30pmI have no complaints about workmanship so far however customer service could improve as I wasn’t aware there was anywhere to sit and wait until I mentioned that they could have somewhere to sit and the receptionist pointed to there customer lounge which was not obvious to me at the end of their building and they didn’t let me know there was one until I mentioned it.This is written by a very disappointed tired 69yr old lady who use to be looked after very well by the previous owners.

Super disappointing experience with getting a car service. When collecting car it was more expensive than quoted over phone/booking. Wasn’t allowed to take car until paid invoice in full - although I was able to pay the majority at time…Returned within the hour to pay remainder and collect my car. Not considerate when walking during a hot day with a toddler.

RIP OFF!!!!!. Quoted me more than double the price on parts, so I sourced parts elsewhere and got them to do the labour. Then told me I needed heaps of other work done to pass a WOF. So I asked them what parts I would need, so I could get them sorted then they could do the work. They refused to take my calls, kept passing me to someone else. Then got told they will call me back and didn't. So I chose to take it somewhere else for a WOF and it passed straight through. Nothing wrong with the steering rack etc... That they told me

I turned up without an appointment and the auto sparky stopped what he was doing to sort out the problem with my house battery. Took him 5 mins! Really lovely people who did a really good job, I’m so grateful.
