Purchased a scooter recently. It was annoying that I couldn't track the shipment online as I did not set up an account. I phoned the Putaruru store to follow up, the guy I spoke with new about about my order and was very helpful, he couldn't transfer my call although gave me the number for the Te Rapa store. The woman I spoke with was also very helpful and gave me directions to the warehouse to collect. The collection from the warehouse was quick an easy. Very refreshing to deal with three people from the company who all provided great customer service.

It's the place to be for everything u need today. They have furniture, whitewater, TV's n more. There so much stuff you need to check it out yourself. They even have a bike Barn in the same building which also has scooters, bikes and other items to cater to ur needs.

It has been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting on my refund for a bed frame that was not designed properly and also getting a credit from another poorly manufactured bed frame that was preordered from Coastwood Furniture.Just adding a extra message on this day the 4/11/22...thank you Van Dyks for taking the time and effort in commenting to my review and also in expressing your empathy towards my bed frame dilemma.
