My main focus when talking to Emily was the need for active listening. She is an attentive and responsive listener. We talked about where I wanted and needed to be in ten years time. This helped me to set goals which were achievable. Emily is very perceptive and quickly gauges what your central issues are. Her reflections are relevant and helpful.
