Great food that's why we go! Very large portions definitely get your money's worth. Good staff. Child menu, highchais & colouring in to keep them entertained. Is a sports bar and eatery so can get crowed with sports fans & drinkers but that's to be expected. Overall we enjoy dinning here.

Nice atmosphere. Waitress was friendly. We ordered some beef steaks. They were all cooked very well. Only the sauce were a bit salty to us. Except that, we were happy and enjoy our dinner here.

Amazing place...you have to go to the crowded" for some beers/wines and a feed. Stopped here for a feed and beers and had a ball

Seafood Chowder was delicious. Ribs were tender but too sweet for us. Nice spacious place and friendly staff.

What a great night out for my sons birthday. 1st the staff were most welcoming to us.We had booked our table a day before. The atmosphere was electric because of the warriors vs Parramatta game which was on. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very good at her job. The food was fantastic. We had Crispy Calamari, Pig tails, Seafood chowder, 6 bbq wings and fries, fried chicken sliders and prawn salad. The portions were huge literally huge and extremely tasty. I have no complaints about anything. Great staff and great food. Thanks to the staff at Crowded House who were amazing.

My son and I had lunch here and I loved the fish of the day with young potatoes and sweet peas. I have tried his omelet, and it was fluffy and tasty too. Generous pub portions good for extra long lunches or sharing. Good atmosphere, good prices and a TV is going. The staff are well presented and have good smiles. The location is in town and easy to spot.

Great food but a couple of service details let them down. We got our meal in good time but no cutlery to eat it with, and after we had finished the plates were whisked off the table without a word. Light meals as well as steak chicken etc. Yummy looking range of desserts. Tables well sited for privacy, interesting decor, comfy seat. Nice suggestion by waitress for drink. Looks like they have different themes and specials every night of the week. Wish I lived in New Plymouth to visit again.

Staff friendly as always service is great unfortunately our food wasn’t. The surf and turf was really lacking seafood (three shells but only two mussels and 2 prawns) vegetables tasted funny and inedible the rib eye was cooked okay though. The great steak meal was very dry and over cooked even though cook was meant to be medium, the nicest part of that dish was the salad , kids loved their fish and chips though thank god . Unfortunately will dine elsewhere in the future
