I'm not sure what the service is like during the winter season but we dropped of ours skis there late October and had to wait almost till Christmas for them to be ready... I was chasing the shop multiple times via email & phone and then in person which finally worked and we got our skis back a week later. I mean it's expected that you won't need your skis straight away for summer but we were building storage in our house and actually needed to see how the ski fit in the space... 2 months is unacceptably long lead time without any previous warning...

These guys did an incredible job of mounting complicated telemark bindings onto my monoski. The repair and wax jobs they do are second to none - best in NZ and possibly best on planet earth.
