Apark - cheapest Airport Park and Ride

It's actually making me feel sad to say this.Their service has changed, not recommend anymore. I start park my car here since 4 years ago. And I felt service experience was above the price. They provide pick up & drop off service with their own van. It was convenience.Somehow, they start to corporate with a yellow bus which sucks. Shuttle every 30mins！It was just waste of time! And they charge $11/ pp.No way gonna park here anymore.

I had a last-minute trip and needed parking near Auckland Airport. Thankfully, I found Apark. The online booking process was seamless, and the parking rates were significantly cheaper than other options I considered. The shuttle service was efficient, and my car was safe throughout my trip. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were due to fly out of Auckland to Fiji on Monday morning and woke up to a text sent around 5am saying that there was only room for one of us in their car as their shuttle was in the workshop- mechanics aren’t open at 5am so this should have been communicated well earlier. This meant driving from our accomodation to drop one person off and then back to the carpark- there was no reimbursement for this extra fuel and it was pure luck that we set alarms early enough to account for the extra time used. I had to stand out on the verandah in the rain and cold whilst I waited for the driver (who was late) to come and take me to the airport. Following this, when we got back into Auckland on Saturday we experienced delays getting our luggage at the airport. We called/texted Apark on multiple occasions to update them with progress to which we received multiple phone calls getting screamed at from the lady on the other end because we were late. When we finally got into the van the driver was extremely unsafe, tried to run a yellow light and nearly rear ended the car in front of her whom was stopped for said light. The lady driver was doing approximately 80km/hr in a 50km zone where which another passenger asked her to slow down and she responded rudely saying she had done this job a long time and was safe. She also had a young boy travelling in the van who she was supposed to provide a car seat for that was organised prior and didn’t stating “he will be fine”. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrifying driving. Do not use this company.

My partner and I used this service last week and had a horrible experience. As per a park rules we understood that they recommend one luggage and one person to travel/transport to the airport. As such my partner dropped me at the airport and then went back to a park to drop the car off.About half an hour later I received a message from my partner who was genuinely scared and felt unsafe from the driving. The driver ran multiple red lights and was exceeding the speed limit significantly.This was after the driver had an ten minutes argument with a family about transporting the family and refusing to transport them all. And there was no van, and no prior notice the van was not working so showed up in an unmarked car.Naturally when my partner informed me of this I was concerned.On the way back reckless driving occured again. And waited 45 minutes for a pick up. Seems like they have only one van.This business is unsafe and not friendly toward patrons. Worksafe should investigate them as they make customers feel unsafe by erratic and illegal driving.

Booking process was straightforward, and the communication through text messages was helpful. The shuttle service was convenient, and my car was in the same condition when I returned. Apark is definitely the cheapest and most reliable option

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! (Literally read the other reviews, everyone was right!)Awful service, very rude, offered no ride to the airport despite having a van right there. Forced to take the bus except despite paying for a second passenger it wasn’t detailed on the booking which resulted in push back from the bus driver.Carpark is awful, they literally never lock it, the dust goes everywhere so your car will be dirty if it’s not stolen when you try to pick it up.Honestly, get out now whilst you can - you’re safer, faster, and cheaper parking you car near the airport bus and using an AT hop card to get to the airport. Or just use anyone else but Apark.

It exceeded my expectations in terms of service and affordability. I made an online booking and received clear instructions on how to access the parking lot. The shuttle arrived on time for both drop-off and pick-up. I was impressed with their professionalism and would definitely use Apark again.

I've used Apark multiple times, and I'm always impressed by their reliable service. The parking lot is spacious, and there are plenty of available spots even during peak travel seasons. The shuttle drivers are courteous and make the journey to the airport hassle-free.
