Gull Roscommon Road

Go to fill up staff not on forecourt, and you can't wave to teller to fill gas. You have to walk in to ask for full tank due to prepay like your going to steal or drive off, and cannot get full tank.Wondering why there is fill button on pumps. Sad really.

On the 5th of March at 9:45 I got 2 bread from gull last nite were staled bread do not buy aby bread from them on Roscommon rd

The guy at the counter today had a very bad attitude. I told him there was an issue with the card reader in one of the fastlanes and what was the process to getting this fixed, as I'm holding up a few customers which takes away the purpose of having a fastlane. But fixing it would prevent this in the future, going forward. He told me he couldn't do anything about it and to use one of the other lanes. I asked him again how can I file a complaint about it so it can be fixed or dealt with, he said to use the other lanes, clearly not listening to what I was communicating to him and just trying to put a band aid over the issue. I managed to get another card to work and then when I went to use the pump, it was giving out 30cents of diesel at a time and then stopping. I don't think I'll go back to Gull after this incident

This fuel station is misleading which shows up two prices for reach kind of fuel. When asked reps they say it’s different bunk but it’s under same roof with same company. Beware of the this trap!!

Always competitive price. Busy fuel station. You have nearly 6 normal pumps and 2 fast lane pumps. Clean and tidy, air pressure (in good working condition), spacious for vehicle movement. Outlet store to buy pies, water and other stuff.

The gas prices at wiri gull branch is a lot cheaper than its competitors in the area. The gull also offers a fast lane that you pay at the pump, the fast lane has a cheaper price than regular pumps which makes it convenient and rewarding. However, the last time I used it the machine would have issues accepting payment method and ultimately ended service. This was a frustrating experience especially with a queue of about 3 cars behind also looking to use the fast lane pump that doesn't work.

I am confused of the fact that though v get directions to Gull Roscommon Rd or speedline Wiri, it takes to the same location.. Anyways, this offers u 91,98 and Diesel. A mini supermarket is available.

Gull speedlane has a pay wave option when you have days that you forget to bring your visa card and have Google pay on a mobile device to make payment, what annoys me is that, it's a pay wave option that's not working. Please train staff to answer appropriately when questioned about it, rather than giving a story. I do apologize in advance for making a staff member feel flustered when asked, it be more professionally handled if the staff knew how to deal with matters like these.So in saying that, why do you have a pay wave option when it's not working on your speedlane petroleum.?

Indian lady was racist wouldn't open the pump for me to fill my lexus making up these lame excuses made me pay $200 from my Mastercard first then she opened it for this white guy to fill his ute what a joke then she offered me cash. Since covid I don't use cash wouldn't even refund balance back to my card. Definitely won't go back not worth bad customer service.
