My poor experience with Java Jons Tauranga.My home espresso machine developed a leaking milk wand so I searched on Google to find a mobile repairer and contacted Daryn at Java Jons on the 4th July 2019. He said he was coming out from Tauranga over to Cambridge way at some point to tend to some other jobs and I informed him I was going away and any time after 15th July would be fine. He asked me to email him my details, which I did, and I never received an acknowledgement of the email.Week of 15th July came around and no contact from Daryn. Week of 22nd July and still no contact. Again, nothing on 29th July so I called his mobile 1st August and he said he was with a customer and would call me back. No call back, so I emailed him again with a copy of my email from the 4th July asking for an update on when he would be out. It’s now 5th August and no call back or email so I have given up on Java Jons.
