Went in for a massage and was very pleased with the service. It is a super pretty place and the atmosphere is very relaxing, they even offer you tea and a chocolate afterwards. My massage therapist Ash was very good. Definitely recommend

WOW! Just had a luxurious amazing full body massage from Camila. They really take care of you and bring you tea after with a little treat. The place itself is stunning and you feel like you’re taken to another world after walking in. I booked this place after reading reviews (and because it was so convenient, literally in the Countdown shopping mall, next to Sudima Hotels) and did not disappoint. Would 100% come back!

Her accommodating nature ensures that you feel heard and valued, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you have the best possible experience.But let's get to the massage itself. Your therapist's skills are simply unmatched. She has a true talent for reading the body and finding those knots and tension spots that need attention. Her hands seem to work magic as she expertly releases those tight muscles, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.What's more, her friendliness and easy-going nature make the whole experience even more enjoyable. You'll find yourself chatting away with her as she works her magic, feeling completely at ease in her presence.All in all, I cannot recommend your massage therapist highly enough. She is truly a master of her craft and a pleasure to be around. If you're looking for an amazing massage experience, you won't regret booking a session with her. Camila was a wonderful massage therapist at Moss Spa. I had been suffering from a painful neck injury and she was able to relieve the stress and help with my recovery. The Moss Spa is a wonderful and much needed addition to Five Mile in Frankton. The space is clean and very comfortable and cozy.

Easily one of the best massages I have had! Very respectful, lovely and great! 10/10 will absolutely be coming back on my next trip to Queenstown!! Highly recommend

Came here with my wife to relax and unwind, served by 2x lovely ladies, Krista and Cladis, we were immediately welcomed with smiles and warmth.The 5 star reviews really brought us into the door and from then on, ladies absolutely blew us away with professional and friendly service.Wife got a pedi and foot treatment and had an incredible time speaking with the lovely Krista , took her sweet time and got her nails and feet done. Service was impeccable and treatment was comforting.I myself received a 30min upper body massage and felt like a light feather afterwards , completely relaxed and left smiling.Joined my wife in the foot spa room and finished up with a foot massage myself.Wish I had this service back home (Australia), I’d attend weekly!They even served tea after the massage, with a delicious Brazilian sweet.Definitely check out Moss Spa in Queenstown upon arriving in NZ as it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax after hiking, flying in, or any physically strenuous activity.

Got the 60 minute full body harmony massage - it was amazing. Cladis is a great masseuse, applying the right amount of pressure and finding all the knots. She used a lemongrass oil which smelt amazing, and also gave me a lovely peppermint tea and chocolate treat at the end. One of the best massages I’ve had!

Visited moss on my babymoon! I had such an amazing maternity massage. Camila was incredible, very professional and sweet. Would highly recommend this service. The layout of the salon is also very relaxing and calming. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked in for an hour massage with Jenny and it was incredible! She was really attentive and thorough and I left feeling so relaxed. Will definitely back and highly recommend.
