Big glass windows out the front looks like not much from the outside but opens up to quite a big area. You can choose from a $19 lunch buffet to food ordered off a menu, plenty of chicken as you would expect, vegetables, rice and soup also options. Really good and professional service.

Came to try the lunch buffet.For $19 there is quite a selection but nothing spectacular. Would be great if there was more variety of sushi - like the real traditional ones in Sushi stores everywhere, instead there were only 4 varieties of miniature ones with too much sauce hardly any seafood.Also, there was a lot of chicken dishes and other “Chinese-ish” cuisine.Still, it is worth the money and you get what you pay for!Very nice ambience though. Will be back to try the dinner buffet sometime!

Didn’t look that appealing from the outside but once in was pleasantly surprised how spacious it was and nice clean interior. Went for the buffet and though was tasty was limited selection to choose from and not very warm but for $19 can’t complain. Friendly staff and convenient parking out front of building.

The portions have become much smaller. It used to be value for money - past tense. I ordered a Large bowl for $22.90 & got a regular size portion of meat. When I questioned it, they said thats what you get. SMALL portions. Much less than what I used to get. SHOCKED for paying $22.90 for a regualr size portion. 2 STARS only. Date: 08 April 2022

Went there for the first time in the afternoon. We were the only customers. The service was friendly and informative and we enjoyed the food. The place was quite large and clean.

We visited on Saturday for lunch buffet. Friendly staff, very nice atmosphere. Worth for money. But just don't have lots of choices as buffet.

Seriously… I have been going this Katsubi for 2 years, used to be my favourite. Not anymore. Ordered 2 Large bowls, got Regular size portions of meat. Way less than what I normally get. I claimed a server it doesn’t look like for a Large bowl. She said it is Large. You get charged $41.80 for this

Nice setting, quiet and relaxing, hotel cafe like ambience, well displayed, good variety of chicken dishes, and good service.Price - could be cheaper for what they offer.Food - average for me; some were bland and some were too salty. Got the impression the owner wanted to target non Asian customers as well but I think because of that the flavor lacks kicks and authenticity. Would've been nice to have some quality seafood ingredients especially in cold dishes.It's a bit of mixed bag and nothing really stood out for me.
