Very friendly service, quick response times and job was completed within 2 days of acceptance of quote. Installers were also friendly and answered any questions we had and completed a day earlier than expected and very happy with the results.

I visited the store to see samples and arrange a quote for kitchen flooring. There was a good range on the wall and many books of samples to choose from. I took sample books home with me. A staff member was able to come in a few days to measure and quote. She wore a mask and was sensitive to social distancing. She took detailed measurements and emailed the quote to me. It was cheaper than the other store in our town. Once I had accepted the quote the floor was laid in a matter of days by a pleasant competent worker. I was very pleased with the service from this store.

Having met Feilding Flooring Xtra at the Palmerston home show. They promptly came to our house with the samples we had selected. . Quote received very quickly and accepted. We changed our mind on selected underlay and upgraded no problem.After short delay on carpet delivery the day finally arrived. Rob our carpet fitter arrived. One of the most professional tradesmen Ive met . Carpet laid in a day ( It was big job for one man) Rob removed all they old carpet and off cuts and hoovered up. End result absolutely satisfied with finished job. Felt like a new house. I would highly recommend Feilding Flooring Xtra.Trevor Jones

Highly recommend Flooring xtra Feilding with Mel and the team. Everyone we dealt with was lovely especially Natalie! We had an issue with our carpet and Mel was very helpful in putting it right! Will definitely be back in the future and be recommending to friends.
