Arrived when expected diagnosed the slightly tricky issue immediately showed me the fault adding confidence. Did not have the ideal part for the repair so instead of bodying the Jobe went out to get the correct fitting. Great service thanks

Super easy to deal with. Wasn’t an emergency so we booked for the following afternoon. Plumber arrived earlier than planned (phoned first & I wfh so no issue). Super friendly, discussed the issue and options and tested the unit to ensure no further leaks.In and out in half an hour.Definitely recommend Whitehead P&G

Satisfied with workmanship. Otherwise felt like a violation. Tried charging for 3 hours but were only there for 2.5. Only the fact I had cameras proved my claim. Charged an outrageous $47 for a 25cm square piece of galvanized metal to shield the gas bottle from the weather. If they had told me the cost I'd have made one myself for 50c. A total charge of $795 for gas hob install! Not bad for 2.5 hours work and a few low value parts. Never use them again. Job done 3 months ago and it's only now I've calmed down enough to write this.Re your reply - you cannot find me because I use an online pseudonym. The invoice number was 66030. Why would I give you another opportunity to earn my business"? I don't wish to be overcharged again."
