One of the greatest strongman gyms I have been to. Lots of space, lots of equipment that majority of gyms don't have and the owners have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Definitely recommend

I've been remotely coached by Chris for 12 weeks and already seen significant strength gains. He's readily avaliable to contact if I have any problems or questions with my programme. Chris is an awesome blend of pushing me beyond my own perceived barriers, and identifying when I need to take a step back to dial in technique or just generally recover. I've been up to train at HQ and it is a strongman's dream hangout, everything you could need or want at your disposal. Happy that I made the decision to take Chris on as a coach, and looking forward to being a stronger me.

If you're wanting to build strength and have been struggling to start like myself well strongmanHQ its the place to begin. coach chris will help you achieve whatever goal you set for yourself and build towards that goal in a safe & positive environment also having to participate himself and has the experience in running afew events etc. himself and his wife have laid some good values down as the foundation to building this place that drives their vision to help people build the strength and getting them ready for competitions. Support is endless!!!
