My 2020 Suzuki Ignis was booked into Waipapa for its 2 year service (it's only done 13000km but does lots of short trips). I was told it would be 2 hours. When I got back to the dealership after a trip out for lunch I was told it was ready. Because I was waiting they had put 2 technicians on the car and 2 hours became just over 1! Someone had worked some electronic wizardry (changed the plugs and points?) because on the 28km trip home the car was noticeably more responsive in 3rd and 4th gear. I was impressed - thank you Pacific Motor Group.
