Te Aro is always our go too when we go to Brewtown.Our waiter was so awesome. Food was amazing! The pizza never disappoints ever, and the kids love it - which is saying something. I got the pulled pork burger, which had a ton of pulled pork and was super juicy.The sour was epic. We will definitely be back!!!

Booked a table for 6 at 3.15pm to celebrate my son’s birthday (Anzac Day). It took a while to find our designated spot as there were no staff on the floor and dirty tables everywhere. The line to order had a wait time of roughly 10-20mins so we decided to order/pay through our table’s QR code instead.What happened next was the worst level of customer service I’d ever experienced. Staff weren’t clearly communicating to customers (one minute all customers are being told that food will no longer be served after we had already paid but then instead of easily refunding us, we were assured by a staff member that our table’s orders were being prioritised due to us booking in advance, this staff member then left the premises not long after). The one waitress on the floor lacked any type of professionalism by rolling her eyes, talking back to us and visibly avoiding our table when we just wanted to know what was going on with our orders. Staff were loudly arguing in the kitchen while other customers were also walking into the kitchen themselves to grab the food they had been waiting for. We noticed the bartender was overwhelmed and clearly needed help only to end up on the receiving end of everyone’s complaints.By the end of it we had waited 1 hour for our drinks and 1.5 to almost 2 hours for our food which was brought out by the chef himself. I’m thankful we were offered a refund but if I had known this was going to be my son’s birthday experience we would’ve happily taken the refund in the beginning to avoid such hassle.Overall, food was average, communication lacked in all areas and ya boy on the bar deserves a raise.

Not a good meal today, cold chips cheese not even melted or cooked on the pizza's. Pizzas werent even cut properly..Complained to the manager who offered only a 10% discount which was not good enough we think as this was 7 meals that were cold... so offered a voucher it didn't give us one so we left.. and will not go back!!

The APA beer was very good - was very happy with that so a good 5 stars for that. Got the fish and chips. Chips were nice and crispy and fresh oil used. The salad had bits of old mesclun leaves going manky. The fish was crispy but odd looking inside, the flesh looked a bit old and well past it's best before date. The Metallica music thrashing outside was unpleasant but that is personal taste and likely was being pumped out by the Brewtown stereo system. Beer good. Chips good.

Booked 6.30pm dinner on Good Friday. Ordered 2 burgers and pizza. Couldn't have drinks before food due to being public holiday, ok, fine. 45 min later were told they've run out of pizza dough and we had to order something else... tried to ask for couple of other options- but they're not available either.. ended up ordering another burger while still sitting at the empty table.Finally Got food and drinks 1.5hr from the tome we arrived. Disappointed after all that food was not great either.

It took a long time for drinks and food to come out, burgers where burnt but they still tasted good. The vegan garlic bread was great. The staff where could be a little nicer though.

A group of 20. We hadn't booked and we arrived just after they had opened. We had platters and pizzas. Great food and pretty amazing service considering we hadn't booked and we were such a big group. You guys are great.

Took an hour for our drinks to come and 1hr 30mins - 1hr 45mins before we started receiving our food.Staff were unprofessional and service was poor - head waitress kept giving us attitude, talking back and rolling her eyes at us when we’d rightly ask about our order.Other customers were seen walking up to the kitchen asking about their food because of the long wait times, many others just left.Ended up getting a full refund because of how badly we were treated.Overall - worst dinning experience and staff need to undergo more professional training because that was shocking.

Food was good and it came out quite quickly.Favorite was the Pork bites. They were so crispy and light. Wasn't soaking in oil at all! It was great! Cauliflower bites were crispy but wasn't our favorite from the lot we ordered. Tacos was delicious but was a bit dry. Everything else was good. Just glad that the fried things we ordered were very light and weren't greasy at all. Service was average.

The 27th Dec the team at this brewery were outstanding under pressure. Due to other outlets not opening they picked up a huge amount of work. The food was great with nothing missing or not up to standard. The bar staff were excellent customer service meeting our every needs. Well done to a very small team especially the young lady serving food, your smile and cheerful smile was fantastic
