Love every aspect. Such a nice space, rather Scandinavian looking. I had a infrared sauna which was nice. Had Bluetooth speakers to listen to own music. Space was roomy for 2. Lovely products to use once finished and the oxygen to finish icing on cake. Staff friendly and professional.

A wonderful experience, had my first float yesterday I think the host name was eleanor and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable explained everything in plain English and had such an amazing aura. Entering the pod was a little unnerving but once I gave over to the experience and relaxed it was great. The important thing is just to breathe. And the hour just zoomed past so quick. The shower before and after is amazing too with so much products so pampering will be back again very soon :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have just enjoyed the most amazing experience of the compression, sauna and floatation. I had won the detox/recovery package as a spot prize at the Coastal Five event and so it was perfect for me. Now I am totally chilled! Than you so much Eleanor for your generosity and for the experience.

Had my 1st floatation experience today was amazing Eleanor explained everything and she was amazingI did feel a bit anxious but did get to relax and enjoy I also felt that 90mins was a bit much for me
