All I can say is WOW! I was driving through Whakatane and wanted to bring some flowers to friends, so stopped in and found the most adorable bouquet of flowers in masons jars with ‘fresh cuts’ engraved in them! As soon as I left I had regretted not buying myself one, unfortunately when I drove through again they were closed and could not buy myself one. Days later I was still thinking about this bouquet and had called to see if I could pay for it and get it couriered. Not only did they offer to do did for me.. even better.. they had a delivery in Tauranga that weekend and personally delivered the bouquet to my front door at no additional cost!Thank you team at Gateway floral, you made my week and still a week later my flowers are so fresh and my house smells amazing. So refreshing to see great products along with exceptional customer service!!

Absolutely love love love the four dried flower arrangements we got made up for our salon. Pleasure to deal with and left the creative aspect to Gateway and boy I'm glad I did, each arrangement slightly different for each room.

As a long-time friend of Laura’s and avid admirer of her creative floral flair, when we got engaged, we knew there was only one person we wanted to do our wedding flowers and trust me when I tell you, they were beyond our wildest dreams! Everything from the buttonholes to the centre pieces to the bouquet of my dreams! Laura was so patient with us and all of our (many) requests, gave amazing advice and guidance and gave us all the help we needed (as floral novices, it was a lot!) All to make our vison come to life. Nothing was too much of an ask and she truly made the whole process so easy and fun. We couldn’t recommend Gateway Floral more – Thank you thank you thank you for making our day nothing short of magic!!

Ordered $100 bouquet for 21 year old niece. Asked for something colourful and fun. Flowers turned up, they were all yellow and certainly not bright and fun! They were also old and looked days old.Complained on their website and they agreed to redo. Flowers turned up and although had some colour, certainly didn't represent a $100 bouquet. Won't be ordering from this place again. Very disappointed!

Ordered flowers to be sent to our friend in Whakatane. The website was informative and helpful in our choice. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady and the flowers were delivered exactly the time I was told. The flowers are perfect and the arrangement bigger than I thought. Recipient was delighted. Oh and I did all of this from Australia.
