I called in here on monday.the weather was awful.as I struggled against the wind to close the door behind me I stepped on to a flattened cardboard box swimming in water and took a fall.neither staff who saw what happened came to my assistance at all.i was shaken and hurt.the girl behind counter said sorry .I asked her to let the owner or manager know as they had to do something better.the next morning,after waking in pain,I called the manager.he took my details and said he would call me in the afternoon..I have not heard from him at all! That's enough to put me off completely.

The food is pretty good, but can you please teach your staff to at least make a decent cup of coffee that's not watered down, a lot of us need coffee to start our day and it's never good starting your day with the worst cup of coffee. I had to throw it out and go to another store to get a decent cup of coffee.

Sometime ago I wrote the review below so you would think we would not go back but...they are basically the only game in town when you have no transport and the staff are quite friendly so thought let's give it another try....big mistake. So my readers, we have been back a few times and got a chicken kebab and savouries. Next trip tried the fried chicken, I picked out the leased dried looking piece but alas the coating was bullet proof, not sure how many days it had travelled to and from the fridge to the warmer? Dry and tasteless. The quiche looked nice, bacon and egg". Bought two for us for dinner

Never judge a book by it's cover is true here.Store looks awesome service ok but the food was shocking. Had to butter my toast with hard butter and the quality of the food was below par, considering the money spent.Best part of shop is the proverb in the photo
