Absolutely 100% worth the money!!! This place will now be my regular spot. Just incredible, from the salon layout, to the communication and the effort put in to making sure your nails look incredible. The girls are beautiful, seem genuinely interested in getting to know their clients and they make sure you are comfortable. I'm so happy with my nails. I messaged late at night and they were able to squeeze me in for a 2 hour fix the very next day. Thank you so much!! I really want to post what I came into the salon with but I really don't want those images coming up when people search for Beauty Instinct incase they think it'd their work!

Love Beauty Instinct and the ladies who work. Cannot recommend them enough and always listen to your request. Been coming here for a while now and so happy with how my nails look.

I must have bad luck with nail salons. Booked in for nail lacquer manicure and full gel pedicure. Manicure was okay. Pedicure not the best experience. They made me sit on a chair which was comfortable but then had to bend my leg/foot in a really awkward and uncomfortable position. The staff that tended to me was not wearing appropriate clothing for the job; she wore a skirt that had a side split and so this would expose her leg/thigh whenever she was trying to position herself comfortably to work on my toes. Very unprofessional and culturally inappropriate. People mention “first class”, well she had to turn the foot stool sideways when she realised I was getting really uncomfortable and then brings a nail dryer which wasn’t working properly and then places an object on the wire so that it wouldn’t turn off lol.Glad to hear everyone else had a good experience but i won’t be coming back.

Disappointed with the my last experience here. Since change of ownership. I feel the treatment was a bit careless. Nails only lasted two weeks. Nails gel was thinker than usual and bumpy with bubbles. I have been coming for well over a year.... quite sad and it's a beautiful salon.

When to get my nails done on the 23rd. Not sure the name of the girl who did my nails since it was first time but she was very rough with the cuticle work. One of my cuticles she cut the skin quite badly was bleeding and burning the whole time. A few of my other cuticles also started bleeding during the time she was working on my nails she said I just have sensitive skin but actually she was being rough. I had to go home and put a plaster on my thumb because the cuticle was still bleeding and throbbing.
