Called the Service Centre and Ari? suggested I try Samsung Support which I did,problem resolved!!Plus I could have had a technician same day too if required.So helpful!!

Paid nearly $100 to get appliance fixed. Got it home didn’t work. Back to Rod in Opawa Street again to get fixed , got a phone call saying they couldn’t fix it, too old and that’ll be $120.00 !!Phoned Consumers institute and Citizens Advice . Both said I shouldn’t have to pay for it again and I should have been told in the beginning what the cost would be and that I should have got a refund . Picked it up, no apology , no refund and NO I shan’t be taking anything else there .

Had problems after shifting with TV. Called marlborough TV service ahd within 2 hours Rod came had a look moved some wires, replaced 2 and was gone. Very quick and great service.
