Great customer service, lovely handmade rattan shades - I measured incorrectly and the shade that arrived was bigger in our space than anticipated, extra cord was sent out me at no cost. Can't ask for more.

I love their selection of lights. A welcoming shop, friendly expert staff who are happy to help- A breath of fresh air to get that support as we are struggling to make our lighting choices. A range of prices but I like that 70% of the lights are NZ sourced.

The Big Dott Wall lights look great, but I wish I’d known that the max lumens for a bulb that fits them is 440 (too dim for a lounge). Was recommended several other bulbs but none of them fit. Nic was very helpful after 2 globes cracked during installation.

I sourced a full house of lights for inside and out from Mr Ralph. They have a great range of high quality lights, that are sent incredibly well packaged to protect them and also provide a helpful consulting service.Megan was amazing! She helped by advising on best placement, appropriate size and reassured me around my style choices. She was also realiable at replying to messages and following up on queries for me.I highly recommend sourcing lights from Mr Ralph! it’s nice to also support a local company that doesn’t just import mass produced stuff from China!
