Chamberlain Auto Springs

Thanks to Mark and the team at Chamberlains for their friendly and helpful service on my classic car. Mark especially went over and above. Would recommend to others looking for good service and advice.

No doubt all aspects of this place are of a very high standard and the quality of work is great, second car i have had lowered here. Slightly disappointed though as i specifically asked to have the back of my holden sit as low as the front and this was not achieved. Maybe next time

My Favourite Spring Manufacturer and Supplier in NZ by Far. Very good at what they do, nothing is ever an issue if something doesnt work out how the customer would like if it is possible we achieve it regardless. Staff only give general info on these springs, maaaaybe understandable if you just on sell but when they manufacture in house you should be able to get specs. Sizeable areas of the coating was unfinished in a number places. Seem like rushed production and little care for customers.They must have some other big contracts that mean they don't care for end users?If you're selling a cheap product make the price match, if you want to be quality professionals" then lift your game.EDIT in response to the shop comment below.I called 4 times over a few months while planning what to do with my springs (and unfortunately had no reference set). I also made inquiries through Partmaster.In none of those interactions could I get any info

I asked this company yesterday morning for a quotation gave them my email address and waited all day then called them again in the afternoon was told they would send me the quote by the email by the end of day but no reply.....so this is how this company is running there business soo poor customer service... and we are a Capricorn member pls guys think twice before asking for a quotation they may take up a week,months or even a year to email back and make customers wait ...

Such a great team .makes you feel important and customer service was top notch...made us feel very welcome and very helpful.....sorted out what we needed and had what we needed within a day ...fast and very efficient service ..We will be back

Through Avalon service centre we had chamberlain make rear springs for my cadillac to increase ride quality and handling, and to increase space for the side exit exhaust to eliminate it striking the rear end.The finished result was exceptional, and their attention to detail when juggling vehicle weight + driver weight proved that they were the right company for the job.Once fitted the springs solved every problem we needed to eliminate, and in turn the vehicle is now exactly as I hoped I could achieve.Highly recommended.Thanks team
