Zero star - NEGLIGENCE. I found out my rental property’s water care bills NEVER been paid since I settled my property in October 2019 and authorized Paul Steven to manage my property including all outgoing bills including water bill. I called Watercare (before New Year) and shockingly learn the bill came up $5900 because there was a leaking found at end of June 2020 which caused the bill very high and nearly passed to debt collector agency since no one take care of the bill. This has distressed me for weeks as imagine if I did not pick up and leave it longer...this has been finally sorted out as the leaks allowance being applied but I was under lot of stress for weeks.Another time, there was a $700 bill charged to my account without my consent, Paul told me there is maintenance and he was too sick and out of work that day and let the handyman to fix it.I am requesting the business owner Steven to refund the management fee since there is no management and also gave more troubles to me as owner, but his response has repeated the same information given by Janine such as leaks are sorted, and did not respond to my refund request.

Worst property management service iv ever come across. The houses they managed have really bad mold problems and are definitely not upto the healthy homes standards. They are also very unorganised with payments and very unprofessional. Definitely recommend not using them for any property management services.

The property manager lady is downright nuts. Poor thing. Maybe being a decent, reasonable human isn't her forté.

Even one star is too good for this agent (Paul)He listed a rental property over one month ago. I sent a message and email him multiple times under my name also my husband name as soon as he listed the property. Im sure I was the first watcher on that listing. However no message or email from him for couple weeks. And then the rental property was gone.After over one month he re-list that same rental property again recently. I text him and email him immediately but still no respond. I never ever seen or dealt with a such unprofessional agent ever in my life.

My sale process was complicated and drawn out because at the beginning I didn't have a proper title or a CCC. Glenis researched all these issues and handled the processes with skill and persistence. She has been amazing supporting me through this whole process. She is tenacious and consistently follows up leads and prospects. She knows her stuff and is highly ethical and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and energetic agent.

Worst property management service - received a call from the agent advising to apply for rental then declined the application with a comment that your application was late as someone else had applied before you. Please do not waste others time by making them apply first should you already had decided to go ahead with another application.

I recently rented a property with Janine McCormick and I have to say that she has been the best property manager I have ever had. Any maintenance request we had was fixed with in a day of us reporting it to her. We also had some quite unusual circumstances happen while we were in the property and she was incredibly kind and compassionate while dealing with these for us. Highly recommend her to any tenants looking for a property.
