The service from the aluminium suppy side leaves a little to be desired. Need to provide some customer service.

Excellent business with a full range of Aluminium sheet & extrusion.

Worst branch of Ullrich I have been to! They have no customer service and the staff there are not helpful. I went there after I have ordered some pipes 4:30pm on a Friday to find the place closed although the times on the door showed 5pm. As I stood there trying to see if someone can help as I saw two Ullrich vehicles in the parking one of the staff members came out of the building, saw me and just rushed of to his car and drove off. We do a lot of business with Ullrich but I will never buy trough this branch again.

More targeted at trade which is understood, I had no knowledge of the aluminium profiles. But staffed pointed to part's of catalogues and left me to my own devices, suffice to say I changed my project and did it without aluminium profiles.

I needed a ladder they had one reasonably priced cant ask or say more than that

A very poor overall experience. Initial phone calls and emails to get a quote for a gate went unanswered. When I went into the shop I was ignored by three staff"... had no idea who worked there or not - I had to ask what was going on. Finally got a quote
