Justrust panel and paint

Justine was friendly enough, while giving me a quote (of $690.00 - $1040.00) to have patch of rust removed from top of windscreen. But then clearly forgot about the prearranged drop off on the afternoon before the day the job was booked in - and was highly annoyed that I dropped car off early. I requested that the windscreen not be replaced but, I'm guessing due to age, it broke and I was charged for a new one. The total cost charged was $1040.00, for what my mechanic had said was a small rust patch that required early attention. Had no choice but to trust that the job was more extensive than I'd been led to believe. When I picked up car I drove nearly halfway home before noticing WOF sticker hadn't been put back on new windscreen. Had to call in late for work so I could turn around and drive back to Just Rust to ask for it. WOF was still within the last month so should have been put back. I explained to Justine that where I parked during business hours would have me towed for not displaying a WOF. Waited quarter of an hour for them to find and reattach damaged WOF sticker. No apology for the inconvenience was given. Probably won't be going back.

Amazing service from Just Rust. They were (I think like all panel beaters) super busy, but gave a great quote and booked in at the earliest possible time. No hassle and great job done! Definitely recommend!!!

Complete waste of time when I took my car to these people and price was too high for little rust when I took my Celica to them. Not that friendly was my oppression, so I didn't bother with them.

Justine was incredible! She jiggled things around to get me in for a large emergent rust repair to pass my wof. She was super friendly and positive! Helped me understand how the rust happened and how and where to look out for in on the car. The work looks incredible and was done quicker than I expected (knowing they were busy and had to fit me in) Super happy with the work! Thanks Justine!

I would give a MINUS rating if I could. I took my van in for pre booking. Justine said they couldn't do it for two months but I needed the work done for WOF so I booked and waited the two months. I was unable to use my van for this time because I couldn't get wof or rego u til the wof. On the morning it was booked I arrived and Justine came out waving her arms around and saying I can't do it. Look at all these cars. I coukdnt believe my ears. No one who is a good business books you in then does this. No email or phone call to warn me not to come down.. This has caused me to lose money as my van is used to go to markets. This place has a very incompetent woman running it and looking at the low reviews many others have had a bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED for work. Totally unreliable and rude .
