House-Spy

House-Spy was employed by a very keen purchaser to inspect our property. Within a few minutes, a rating of 100% saturation by House-Spy was placed on our home and so the buyer, land agent and we were all very disappointed. We immediately took our property off the market.This value was not in line with a very thorough pre-sale inspection carried out previously. Yesterday we had another thorough (2 hour) house inspection - the values were all low, with the exception of one outlying elevated reading at exposed corner (19%) where a small leak had occurred and had only been repaired a week. When I googled House-Spy we noted a conflict of interests in that it offers re-cladding!! This is dishonest behaviour at a fairly high level and we may be taking the matter further. Those wishing to make use of House-Spy need to be made aware of its conflict of interests.
