We have stayed here 5 or 6 times now will never go back again after the very sad poor service we received today am so disappointed and disgusted would never recommend again

The carpet and upholstery in the rooms need either a deep clean or to be replaced. If you or your family have allergies or respiratory issues, this motel is not recommended.

Was ok..couple of problems re room..Expected separate shower but was over bath..We got moved nxt morning to separate shower..TV didn't work..so after about 20 minutes reception sorted it..Also was no plate in microwave told reception and they bought a whole new microwave over..Other than that was ok..But noisy being near a main road.

Not the Ritz, but warm, roomy, well appointed little kitchen. Spa bath worked well, beds comfy and a couple of extra channels above basic with actual movie, not just bloody sport or worse, religious shows ... breakfasts were good value too. Will happily go back.

The light in the bathroom has dead bugs in them,there windows do not close all the way (for all the rooms), the fleas in the room as got bitten all over.The fan inside the room wasn't working at full speed and it was only on one speed, which was slow. After telling the lady (owner) at the reception she was very rude and showing attitude. And she advised that the fan is at max speed. I had another friend who was in another room so went and showed her the fan there, and she started getting angry, saying we would cancel your room. As she knew there were no rooms available amy where because of the holidays. Also we were not made aware that there were people there from emergency housing, was never mentioned on the booking nor while checking in. Her customer service is really bad. And then they provided me with a desk fan, which obviously is not good enough because its not the same. The lady really needs to learn how to talk to customers. I am not happy with the room and the service. Definitely stay away as they don't really put in care in the rooms nor do they care about customers as most rooms are always booked for longer periods of time.

An OK place for the price. We specifically wanted a spa room so booked one, only to find the spa jets were broken. Obviously we didn't expect them to be able to fix it but we could have been offered something little in compensation as a sign of good faith. We only got a sorry".Also rooms got very hot

Spacious rooms, comfy big softy easy chairs as well as a large bed. Spa bath in the room as well. Ample off street parking.Easy walking to Bowl of Brooklands, as well as Pukeroa Park for the festival of lights in an evening.
