Excellent service from these guys! I called Panasonic they passed on the contact, and it was smooth sailing from there. My TV was replaced within a few days, and Derek, he was super helpful dropped it off and even help me set it up! Highly recommend.

The team at Electrowave is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable, had a problem with our tv and they talked us through some troubleshooting and when that didn’t fix the problem they were quick to book a service and kept us informed along the process. Such an easy experience would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my Panasonic TV and thought it was broken for good. The left of the screen had a corrupt band down the left side. They expertly investigated the problem and resolved it without additional cost. It could have easily been put down to an issue with the panel which would have been thousands to repair. But they investigated and saved me big time. Highly recommend. Friendly, honest, and professional.

I had a problem with my LG tv and phoned Electrowave on recomendation from JB Hi Fi.I was asked to provide some information and they quickly analyzed the problem as being the screen that needed to be replaced. LG did not have the required replacement screen in stock and Derrick who was working on the service call quickly arranged with LG to have the tv replaced. The new tv was delivered as promised after a few weeks. Their service and customer care is almost unbelievable. I highly recommend Electrowave for their outstanding service and customer care.

Had issues with my LG TV. It required main board and power supply to be replaced. It didn't solve the problem and a new panel had to be ordered. The folks at Electrowave were super quick in liaising with LG to get the parts and in getting the service done. As the TV is big (65 inch), the technician came to my place meaning I didn't even have to bother taking it to the shop. I'm super happy with the serviceprovided.

The experience I had with these guys was brilliant. My Tv had developed an irreparable fault, and while it was out of Warranty they arranged for a replacement through Harvey Norman, and installed it. Really good service from Derek and Igor. Top stuff.

This company is fantastic. Twice now we have needed a technician for our TV/Sound Bar set up and connecting a head set and also to replace a faulty part under warranty on our TV and they have given fast/ efficient and friendly service both times. They also take the time to explain what they needed to do. Total confidence in these guys and won't be using anyone else in future. Thanks for the great service Electrowave.
