Good Hands Property Works
Terrible experience with this company. Didnt seem like Phil had looked at the property for months. He did find tennant's for the property but failed to use the right channels when things went wrong. The house wasnt the flashiest house on the street but could have been better managed. Lost myself alot of money in the resale process.

Good Hands manages residential property for us in the Clutha District. We are very pleased with their services. We are provided with regular monthly accounts, inspection reports etc, and they also keep on top of maintenance issues. We are out of town investors, so we are very hands off, and Good Hands are very hands on. We recommend Good Hands Property Works.
