I’ve been renting for a very long time now 10-15years and out of every property management company I’ve dealt with these guys are the best! They have made every so easy, they have always done their best to keep everything up to standard and have been really polite and easy to communicate with! Something that’s a BIG for me is flat inspections and everything flat inspection I have had with this company has been very positive and comfortable! This it’s important I feel as I have had plenty of people come in for inspections and have made the whole process very difficult and awkward.Anyways enough ranting! LOVE THESE GUYS THEY THE BEST !!!

You always inform us of changes and when you make inspections, things get done, like broken hooks or windows that need fixing.However, sometimes the notice for inspection doesn't give us enough time to prepare the property for inspection, especially when we're all working and not have enough time to clean up etc.

Lawson is our property manager , who is very easy to cooperate with extremely reliable.I have worked with Lawson for many years, and he always help us to choosesome good tenants .I have entrusted our property to him , and am satisfied . He is very hard working.I would recommend Climber Property.
