We would highly recommend HeatCool. We had Jason and the team come round and install a new heating system in the roof of our house. Within days they had the system installed, wired up and running. They were very professional and knowledgable.

HeatCool team of 4 did the installations only 8 days from the delivery order being placed for two Panasonic floor-mounted units. They were all done and dusted in 3 hours. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommended.

Great after sales support. I had a heat pump installed in my bedroom. The outside unit was mounted under my window, and kept me awake. I told Jason the owner, and that same morning they moved the unit. By that afternoon it was all sorted.

We’re extremely pleased with Jason and the team’s installation of a Panasonic ducted heat pump system in our new build. We were well guided by Jason through the design and install phase, and then very ably assisted by his team to make modifications we later asked for, and to get us the wifi app control that we wanted… The whole system is absolutely superb!
