Do not go to this place, it is filthy. They do not sanitise equipment between customers (and possibly ever from the looks of it). The floors are dirty, tables never wiped. It’s an infection waiting to happen.I had SNS done and the lady filed so hard that she cut the side of my finger, and tried to blame me! The top of my nail was lumpy and they also took too much off the nail bed.For the same price you can go to Neon Nails where it is clean and the nail techs are gentle.

3rd March went in for gel manicure. Nail table was dirty. Cuticle clippers were not sterilised & wish I’d said something at the time. Varnish bottles grubby. Rubber gloves re used and re used - wonder how many times. Pot to place hands grubby. Standard of cleanliness very very poor. Will not visit again. A dirty experience of what was good work $50

Very rude people. The second I stepped into the shop I was given attitude, I told them I was happy to pay whatever they wanted as long as they were able to do the nails I wanted but they took my money then told me that they weren’t able to do the design which was very simple because they didn’t have time. The staff was very rude to me and had no patience overall very horrible experience would never recommend.

Dirty, filthy floor and overall experience horrible. Was very rough and cut me. Also asked for round shape, received square cus the lady did not speak English.Will never return, money hungry corporations.

Chartwell, Hamilton.Worst nail experience I’ve endured. I went with my sisters and we all had the same experience. Whilst being seated for a pedicure we had removal which was uncomfortable and unhygienic. She proceeded to remove our nails whilst they were landing everywhere. On our laps and in between the seats we then watched other clients be sat on top of. We were then moved to the nail area where we had 2 different ladies do our nails and all 3 sets had bad outcomes. Each nail not being filed properly, shaped different sizes, glue being stuck between the underneath of the nail a skin and dust underneath the gel being they don’t ask you to wash your hands before the setting application process. One of us had the bead start higher than her nail which is definitely noticeable. The salon was also picking up in clientele between our sets and the workers were watching the clock more than their work. Rushed every job. When we had asked for assistance as we were not happy the person in charge of the salon at the time was not having a bar of it and said she could reshape them all. Which wouldn’t have made much difference, refused a refund or anything in return in regards to the service and gave us the phone number of the manager. Which we also did not hear anything back in regards to. Poor service and nails for the price and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

This was the worst manicure I have ever had. The nail polish was so badly applied that I removed it the next day. It was patchy and peeled off at the edges. Utter waste of money. I will never use them again. Don't go you will be ripped off. All about getting as many people through the door so they can make money.

Went in on Monday for gel extensions was asked if i had nade a booking. No options to book and tried multiple times to reach them via phone. Gel lady wasn't in that day so told to return the following day. I returned Tuesday called there number no answer, tried to find their facebook, website and via google and no options to speak with anyone. So he basically told me to return on anzac day, chartwell mall website said mall was open from 1pm till 5pm. Went in the following day Wednesday had to wait an hour to get my appointment. Took 2 hours. I prefer gel extensions due to it only taking 60 minutes for application. Lady became frustrated when polish wasnt setting in the corners and messed it up trying to rush the process. Also missed spots on the nail having to go back in and do it again.Polish application was shotty, shaping was not satisfactory but I was just pleased to finally have them done. 2 days pass and one of the nails have snapped. I called the store (very surprised they answered) to be told to come back in at 9am. I asked if they could remove the whole set as I don't feel the rest will last either and I can't keep returning to get them fixed. I was told I needed to speak with the boss. The rest of the issues have been detailed in people's previous reviews. Same issues.I won't return!! I have instead saved myself the trouble of having to ever deal with them again and booked myself somewhere else for removal and to have a whole new set applied. Do not recommend.

I get my SNS done only here. The quality of the product and the skill of the Staff is far superior than anywhere else.

had a great pedi spa experience, service was lovely & lady done a great job, idid go home and notice the polish on my toes wasn't upto standard, went back the next morning & the lady fixed them no problems which was really nice. Have been here in the past & no problems. Great prices compared to others. Massage chairs are BOMB.

So disappointed would much rather spend money elsewhere. Went for a pedicure tools were not sterilised very dirty place. The nail tech was also huffing acetone (saying mask dirty and pouring acetone on it and then putting in on her face this happened 3 times during my service). Ridiculous price for average job and filthy establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!
