I am very impressed with the Sooteater, it is a good quality product and easy to use. I have a high flue and it reached the top easily and was able to accomodate bends. I have no need to pay for a Chimney sweep again, and it does a better job!

We bought the Sooteater for our nearly 10 meter Chimney - it was easy to use and completely as advertised - it worked wonderfully and even managed to bring down the birds nest in the Chimney. We would HIGHLY recommend this product. Well worth the money when you have a crazy chimney!Julie
