Yesaway Car Rental Wellington Aiport

Turned up in CHC last night 6 People and car booked six weeks ago, the dopes were at the gym and car was available tomorrow, it was apparently our problem and not their stuff up. DO NOT USE

Great service.I had a problem booking online using my credit card, i called them and they booked it over the phone and took payment on arrival, then I had delays with my flights ended landing after hours, and they agreed to offer the car without any extra fee, despite their T&Cs mentions after hours extra fee. Thanks guys

There are no staff based at their site location near Wellington Airport, it is a house driveway for parking cars.I booked with Carflexi online & paid my deposit via Amex card in PayPal for protection, but Yesaway could not take payment via either option, which is unacceptable as both options offer me insurance protection. If that wasn't bad enough, they increased the insurance excess from $4k to $5k in their rental agreement confirmation, which they sent by email after pick up. When I challenged this by reply, I did not receive a response, leaving me to dispute this if the vehicle ended up getting damaged!When it came to drop-off on Saturday, nobody could be reached by phone for early return, leaving 3 voicemail messages on their 24hr mobile & calling their Christchurch office for help. Finally, we left the car after 30 mins waiting around & had to order an Uber to get to the airport in time - the Uber driver told us that they had picked up numerous disgruntled customers from that location, with exactly the same problems as us. I would not recommend or use this agent again.
